Inspiration and features

Around the time, I was playing a lot of Tony hawk: Pro skater as the remakes had just been released. This was also during lockdown, with a noticeable improvement in the weather as less vehicles/people were outside. With that, the central themes of the game rose: Skatboarding and eco-friendliness.

Power-ups: The way you use them, as well as generate power for them, all came from interating with eco-friendly energy sources. From Solar panels, wind turbines, water turbines etc. With each one having their own physics so that they all provided a unique way of traversal and combat within the level.

Trick system: The premise was to generate a scroing combo by performing cool tricks. Unfortunately, this couldn't be developed to the planned scope, so you only get scored based on how many flips you can do before touching the ground.
